RESEARCH ASSISTANT POSITION
About
AdCogito Institute for Advanced Behavioral Research is looking for candidates for the Research Assistant position as part of the EU-funded Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation project Aurora, which demonstrates transformative solutions to empower climate resilience towards improved public health status in the EU Boreal region (see https://www.adcogito.lt/projects and https://www.auroraclima.eu/).
- Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid work arrangement)
- FTE: 14% (approximately 20 hours per month on average)
- Salary: Approximately EUR 6,960 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination of demonstration activities across European cities
- Assist in monitoring and evaluation of KPIs, user acceptance, and system performance
- Contribute to impact assessment (economic, societal, and public health outcomes)
- Support preparation of project deliverables and reports for the European Commission
- Assist in stakeholder engagement, workshops, and data collection activities
- Contribute to data organization, analysis, and research tasks
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, public health, environmental science, data science, or social sciences)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with structured data (Excel required)
- Basic understanding of research methods, data collection, and performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Advantage: strong Interest in behavioral research
